Congratulations on becoming a 45th National VIP. We hope you are looking forward to having a great time in Rosemont. We know Rosemont 2025 will be a great event and here are some tips to make your National Experience better. A couple of things have changed, so even if you’ve purchased the VIP Package in the past, please read this information carefully.
First things first – you will need to make sure you have your e-ticket with you to pick up your VIP credentials at the show. A printed copy or the barcode on your smart phone will work. The tickets were sent as part of the email you received when you purchased your VIP Package. We are happy to announce for the first time this year that we will have early pick up of VIP credentials starting 12:00pm - 4:00pm on Tuesday 7/29. We will continue distributing VIP credentials starting at 9:00AM on Wednesday 7/30. Enter the Convention Center through the doors located to the left hand side of the main entrance. The doors will be clearly marked VIP entrance. When you enter you will see signs VIPS WITH TICKETS pointing you to the VIP Pickup Room located up the escalator on the second floor. When you arrive, your ticket will be scanned, and you will receive your VIP badge, your VIP Gift Bag, your VIP Autograph Tickets plus an information packet which has all you need to know for the week. Please make sure your VIP Badge is always visible. Only badges and wrist-banded attendees will be permitted on the show floor. If you check in on Wednesday before 4PM, you will have the ability to enjoy the VIP room located right next to check in. Your VIP badge is required for entry. There will be light refreshments, prize drawings and the chance to get free autographs from, beginning at 2:00 PM. Tristar Productions will have items on sale at the Party if you need something for these players to sign.
At 3:00 PM, VIPs will be permitted on the Show Floor to enjoy the Sneak Peek until 8PM. If you are unable to pick up your VIP credentials on Wednesday, the procedure is still the same except for the VIP Party. VIPs will have access to the show each morning Thursday-Sunday at 9:00 AM. Entry each morning (Thursday-Sunday) will be from the lower concourse ballroom in the Conference Center. Signs will direct you to the VIP entrance from which you can enter the Show each day.
Special Information on All Access VIP package Parking Pass.
If you purchased the All Access VIP package admission, it includes free parking Wednesday-Sunday at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center grounds. When you get to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, you will receive your parking pass when you present your valid All Access VIP during check in. You will then use the Parking Pass to exit and enter the entire week. Only one parking pass will be issued per All Access so please make sure to take care of it.
If you purchased an All-Access VIP admission package, you will receive a separate additional Tristar envelope with all the credentials and information for that package
Please go through your VIP materials carefully when you receive them. There are many great offers included and some of the VIP items require you to visit a sponsor booth in the Corporate Area. We know you’re going to have a great time at the National!
