  • Event Schedule for The National Sports Collectors Convention 2024:

    • Wednesday, 7/24/2024: 4 pm - 8 pm

    • Thursday, 7/25/2024: 10 am - 6 pm

    • Friday, 7/26/2024: 10 am - 6 pm

    • Saturday, 7/27/2024: 10 am - 6 pm

    • Sunday, 7/28/2024: 10 am - 4 pm

    VIPs enjoy the privilege of early access, being allowed in half an hour earlier each day.

  • Mark your calendars! Tickets and VIP packages for the 44th National in Cleveland will be available for purchase on Cyber Monday, November 27th, 2023. To stay in the loop and receive the latest updates about the National, make sure to sign up for our newsletter. It's the best way to ensure you have all the up-to-date information for this exciting event.

  • Tristar Productions will be handling the sale of autograph tickets for The National through their website. These tickets are expected to be available in late May 2024.   • Sneak Peek at The National: Your Exclusive Preview

    Don't miss The Sneak Peek, a special preview of the show on Wednesday from 4 PM to 8 PM. Admission is available with a 1-day General Admission Ticket, or if you've opted for one of our VIP Packages, it includes exclusive access to The Sneak Peek. During this time, all Exhibitor Booths will be open and ready for business, providing a unique opportunity for attendees.

  • Children aged 12 and under enjoy free admission to all National events when accompanied by a paid VIP. While they won't receive VIP gifts or autographs, it's a wonderful opportunity for families to share in the experience together.

  • Yes, a General Admission Ticket will admit you to any one day of the National. A General Admission Ticket may be used for the Sneak Peek on Wednesday evening OR for any single day of the National Thursday-Sunday.

    We allow drop offs as well and Uber, Lyft drivers and taxis.

  • You won’t have to worry about parking at your next visit to the I-X Center. Visitors have the convenience of ample, well lit, on-site, gated parking spaces. All this makes for easy access into and out of the I-X Center!

    Parking for all I-X Center shows is $10.

    We have a security clearance that will allow drop offs as well and Uber, Lyft drivers and taxis.

  • Guest Services & Amenities at the I-X Center

    We're committed to ensuring your visit to the I-X Center is safe and enjoyable. For event-related inquiries, call 216-265-7100.

    Main Entrance: The main entrance for all I-X Center events is now on the East side. Please follow directional signs.

    Parking: Parking fees, typically $10, vary per event. Check the I-X Center website Schedule of Events for specific parking costs. Cash or credit is accepted.

    ATM: An ATM is conveniently located in the lobby.

    Concession: Indulge your appetite with food and beverages exclusively provided by our in-house partner, OVG Hospitality. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

    First Aid: A fully-equipped first aid room is in the main lobby, with on-site Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT). Call 216-265-7300 for assistance or alert any staff member. AED stations are also available.

    Lost & Found: Lost items are stored for 30 days; after, they may be disposed of. For inquiries, email dominic.bramante@oakviewgroup.com with detailed descriptions or photos.

    Wi-Fi: Wireless internet access is available throughout the convention center. Complimentary Wi-Fi for light use is in the lobby, pavilion, and lower-level concourse meeting area.

    Accessibility Services: We prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, including those with special needs or disabilities, in compliance with ADA requirements.

    Accessible Parking: Available in the East Parking Lot with a handicapped placard or license plate. First-come, first-served with payment upon arrival.

    Accessible Restrooms: Most restrooms comply with ADA standards.

    Elevators: All elevators provide special needs access to the lower level.

    Service Animals: Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted.

    Wheelchairs: Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the ticketing area on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Conceal Carry: In adherence to Ohio’s “concealed carry” law, firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the I-X Center premises. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
