Event Schedule for The National Sports Collectors Convention 2025:
- Wednesday, 7/30/2025: 4 pm - 8 pm
- Thursday, 7/31/2025: 10 am - 6 pm
- Friday, 8/1/2025: 10 am - 6 pm
- Saturday, 8/2/2025: 10 am - 6 pm
- Sunday, 8/3/2025: 10 am - 4 pm
VIPs enjoy the privilege of early access, being allowed in one hour earlier each day.

Sneak Peek at The National: Your Exclusive Preview
Don't miss The Sneak Peek, a special preview of the show on Wednesday from 4 PM to 8 PM. Admission is available with a 1-day General Admission Ticket, or if you've opted for one of our VIP Packages, it includes exclusive access to The Sneak Peek. During this time, all Exhibitor Booths will be open and ready for business, providing a unique opportunity for attendees.

Children aged 12 and under enjoy free admission to all National events when accompanied by a paid VIP. While they won't receive VIP gifts or autographs, it's a wonderful opportunity for families to share in the experience together.
Yes, a General Admission Ticket will admit you to any one day of the National. A General Admission Ticket may be used for the Sneak Peek on Wednesday evening OR for any single day of the National Thursday-Sunday.

You won’t have to worry about parking at your next visit to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Visitors have the convenience of ample, well lit, on-site, gated parking spaces. All this makes for easy access into and out of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center!
Parking for all Donald E. Stephens Convention Center shows is $15.

We're committed to ensuring your visit to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is safe and enjoyable. For event-related inquiries, call 847-692-6415.
Main Entrance: The main entrance for all Donald E. Stephens Convention Center events is located at 5555 N River Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018. Please follow directional signs.
Parking: Parking fees, typically $15, vary per event. Check the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center website Schedule of Events for specific parking costs. Cash or credit is accepted.
ATM: 3 ATM machines are conveniently located in the lobby.
Concession: Indulge your appetite with food and beverages exclusively provided by our in-house partner. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
First Aid:
Lost & Found: Lost items are stored for 30 days; after, they may be disposed of. For inquiries, call 847-692-6415 with detailed descriptions or photos.
Wi-Fi: Wireless internet access is available throughout the convention center. Complimentary Wi-Fi for light use is in the lobby, pavilion, and lower-level concourse meeting area.
Accessibility Services: We prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, including those with special needs or disabilities, in compliance with ADA requirements.
Accessible Parking: Available in the East Parking Lot with a handicapped placard or license plate. First-come, first-served with payment upon arrival.
Accessible Restrooms: Most restrooms comply with ADA standards.
Elevators: All elevators provide special needs access to all levels.
Service Animals: Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted.

Conceal Carry: In adherence to Illinois “concealed carry” law, firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
On behalf of the vendors and corporate the NSCC will supply your information to Village of Rosemont.
All the necessary forms will be enclosed within your vendor packet when you arrive. Please be aware that the sales tax rate in IL is 10.25%.
