IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE 2021 NATIONAL
Due to the Covid-19 virus the 2020 National Sports Collectors Convention in Atlantic City has been cancelled. The 41st National will be held July 28-August 1, 2021 at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center in Chicago (Rosemont) IL.
If you are registered for a booth in Atlantic City and have
previously submitted a Notice of Intent to Exhibit Form requesting us to
rollover your payments to 2021 in Chicago, you don't need to do anything. We
will automatically enter you into the Booth Selection process for
If you are registered for Atlantic City and have not requested that your 2020 payments be rolled over, but wish to do so and exhibit at the 2021 National, please fill out a 2021 Notice of Intent to Exhibit Form and indicate in the payment area, "ROLLOVER FROM 2020". Fax, mail or email the form to the National Office by 9/30/2020.
If you are registered for Atlantic City but do not wish to exhibit in Chicago in 2021, you may request a refund of the amounts paid for 2020. Please fill out a 2020 Refund Request Form and send it to the National Office by 9/30/2020.
We will assign booths for the 2021 National based on your 2019 booth location in Chicago. The Floor Plan for 2021 is almost identical to the plan used in our last Chicago Show. An effort will be made to assure a location and booth space equivalent to your 2019 space. If you did not have booth space in Chicago 2019, we will attempt to assign the best available location. At this time, we cannot accept requests for more booths than you had in Chicago in 2019. You will be notified of your booth assignments once we have completed this process.
If you were not registered for Atlantic City and did not have booth space in Chicago in 2019 and wish to request a booth for Chicago 2021, please fill out a 2021 Notice of Intent Form. Any unassigned booths will be available after all dealers who were exhibiting in Atlantic City have been assigned. Once that is completed, we will begin to assign requests for space in Chicago 2021 in priority order. A maximum of 2 booth spaces may be requested. Should all booths be assigned, a waiting list will be created.

Illinois Sales Tax Information
The NSCC Board of Directors thanks all our dealers for helping to make the National a tremendous success. Because of your participation, the event has grown dramatically over the last several years. Recently, a trend has developed which impacts the continuing success of the National. On Sunday many exhibitors have violated the section of the booth agreement regarding dismantling booths and moving out during show hours on Sunday or before. As a result, attendees have objected and complained that they have not been able to experience a full show despite paying a full admission fee on Sunday. Dealers who have chosen to remain set up until show closing are impacted as well.
Going forward, exhibitors whose booths are not open for business at 3PM on Sunday of the National will lose 5 priority points. They will then have to select their booth with the new priority group. Ex: If you are a Priority 25, but are not set up on Sunday, August 2 at 3PM in 2020, you will be allowed to select booth space for the 2022 Cleveland National with the Priority 20 group . This will be for one year only unless a similar infraction occurs the following year.
The contract that exhibitors sign to participate as an exhibitor at the National Sports Collectors Convention includes the following clause:

THURSDAY-SATURDAY 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EXHIBITION
SUNDAY 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EXHIBITION AND MOVE OUT
ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE FULLY SET-UP BY SHOW OPENING, AND ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS DURING ALL SHOW HOURS, NO DISMANTLING OR PACKING MAY BE STARTED BEFORE THE SHOW CLOSING ON SUNDAY. COOPERATION ON THIS POINT FROM ALL EXHIBITORS IS REQUIRED. ANY SPACE NOT OCCUPIED BY THURSDAY, JULY 30, 2020 BY 10:00 AM WILL CAUSE THE EXHIBITOR TO BE IN DEFAULT OF THIS CONTRACT. NOTE: TIMES AND DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
