Each year the National kicks off with a special party for VIP attendees on Wednesday afternoon.  The highlight of this event is free autograph signings by 3 special guests.  This year's free VIP Party signers are Hockey Hall of Famer Marcel Dionne, Football Hall of Famer Bob Lilly and former Chicago Bulls standout BJ Armstrong. The 43rd National VIP Party will be held on Wednesday July 26 beginning at 2:30 PM. Open exclusively to attendees who have purchased one of the four VIP Packages. Pristine Auction is once again hosting the VIP Party.  The party includes light refreshments and some giveaways as well as the free autographs.

Marcel Dionne played 18 seasons in the NHL for the Detroit Red Wings, LA Kings and NY Rangers. A great scorer, he won the Art Ross Trophy as the NHL's leading scorer in 1979-80. He tallied more than 50 goals per season 6 times and 100 points or more 8 times. Dionne played for the 1976 and 1981 Canada Cup teams as well as internationally in several world championship tournaments. He was the 3rd of 8 players to score more than 700 career goals and currently ranks 6th all time. Marcel was inducted into the NHL Hall of Fame in 1992 and named one of Hockey's 100 Greatest Players.

Bob Lilly was a defensive tackle who played his entire 14 season NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football for the TCU Horned Frogs. The new Dallas NFL franchise had no first round pick in their inaugural season in 1961 but drafted Bob Lilly as their initial first rounder in 1962. Lilly became an anchor of the Dallas "Doomsday Defense" and was a first team ALL-NFL selection every year from 1964-1969 and again in 1971. An 11-time Pro Bowl selection, he was also named to both the 1960 and 1970 NFL All-Decade teams as well the NFL's 75th and 100th Anniversary All-Time teams. Lilly was selected to the NFL Hall of Fame in 1980, his first year of eligibility. 

BJ Armstrong was the point guard for three Chicago Bulls NBA Champions 1991-1993, the first "Three-Peat". After a great college career at the University of Iowa, where he finished as the Hawkeyes career leader in assists (still ranked in the top ten), BJ was the first round draft choice of the Chicago Bulls in 1989. In 1991 he was part of the Bulls first ever NBA Championship. He was named a starter in the 1994 NBA All Star game.   Armstrong was the first player selected the Toronto Raptors in the 1995 NBA Expansion Draft. but refused to report and was traded by thr Raptors to Golden State. He had stints with Charlotte and Orlando before returning to Chicago to close out his career.
