NOTE THAT EXHIBIT SPACE FOR BALTIMORE IS NEARLY SOLD OUT. ONCE ALL SPACE IS ASSIGNED, YOU MAY BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST. EXHIBIT SPACE BECOMING AVAILABLE IS FILLED FROM THAT LIST.
Exhibitor Space for the show will consist of 10' by 10' and 10' by 15' booths. Space is sold on a priority basis and payment must be made when your contract is submitted and returned to us. If you have additional questions, please call the National Office.

Maryland Sales Tax Information
The State of Maryland requires us as promoter to submit an advance list of vendors participating at the event. The State will process and issue a 30-day Temporary Sales Tax License to all exhibitors. We suggest that you bring this temporary license with you to Baltimore. You may then complete and file your sales tax return after the show using the form provided with the temporary license. Exhibitors signing up after the initial list of participants is sent to the State of Maryland will receive their licenses at a later date but are still responsible for completing and filing the sales tax return. Exhibitors who hold a permanent Maryland Sales Tax License should file and pay sales taxes with their regular Maryland Sales Tax payments.

Dealer Signup for the 32nd National in Chicago-2011
The 2011 National will be held in Chicago on August 3-7, 2011 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Space will be limited and it is suggested that you complete a Notice of Intent to Exhibit form and return it to the National Office prior to the Booth Selection Lottery in Baltimore. If you plan to be in Baltimore during the National, you may slect your own booth location at the Dealer Booth Lottery. If you will not be in Baltimore, you can have your location chosen for you by the NSCC Board of Directors. In either case you will need to place a 50% deposit for the space you wish.
